Terms & Conditions

Services provided by Dreaming Angels are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These come into force at the time of booking our service.

1.1 Payment

The full cost of the service requested is payable in advance of the agreed consultation date in order to secure your booking. If payment is not made within 72hrs of receipt of your invoice your date will be offered to the next client in line and you will be asked to re-arrange. All fees are non-refundable from the onset of the initial consultation.

Dreaming Angels are under no obligation to refund consultation costs if the client chooses to terminate the working relationship after receiving an initial consultation. 


1.2 Follow-up / ongoing sleep and baby support

Payment is required to secure the date of your consultation. If payment has not been received at least 48hrs in advance of the consultation your slot may be offered to another client. If phone calls go over the assigned time payment will be due within 48hrs and details sent by invoice to the client.

 

1.3 Onsite Travel

 

For onsite visits, any costs related to parking and/or congestion charge will be invoiced to the client directly.

2. Cancellation / rescheduling appointments 

Cancellation terms: With MORE than 48 hours notice from the date of your initial consultation a full refund will be given.  

With LESS than 48 hours notice from the date of your initial consultation 50% of the total fee is payable.  Cancellations on the day are non-refundable.  

Rescheduling terms: With two day’s notice (48 hours) or more, you are entitled to reschedule your initial consultation to a time that is convenient to both client and consultant at no extra cost. 


3. Sleep Diary

It is vital that the sleep diary is received prior to your consultation. If you are having any problems sending these documents to us, please contact Chantelle at Dreaming Angels as soon as possible. Failure to contact us or provide these documents will delay your consultation. We are unable to proceed with packages unless we have received your sleep diary prior to the appointment. 

4. Sleep Plan for all Packages

We will arrange a call and then email (or post if needed) the sleep plan to you within 3 working days of the consultation. 

The Sleep Plan should start within 2 weeks of being received. A delay in starting may incur additional charges if an additional consultation is required.  


5. Ongoing Support

5.1 Montessori Sleep Training Package, Montessori Bedtime Package and Montessori All- Night Packages  

Chantelle is available to answer questions and provide support via email 5 days a week (excluding Weekends) during your support period. Chantelle will always endeavour to respond to questions as quickly as possible however due to other professional and personal commitments please be aware that there is a maximum time frame of 24hrs for responding.   

6. Working Hours 

Dreaming Angels work 5 days a week, excluding Weekends and aim to reply to all correspondence within 24hrs. 

7. Sleep Support Outcomes

At Dreaming Angels we are knowledgeable, supportive and empathic professionals who will support you in implementing a plan that fits in with your family. We cannot guarantee a ‘faultless sleeper’ but aim to work with you to bring about positive change in your child’s sleep. In our experience, families that show full commitment, perseverance and consistency to the sleep programme see the best results. Refunds will not be given based on results. Parents should be advised that there could be certain triggers such as teething, vaccinations, being unwell etc that may cause the child to wake in the night after the sleep training.

8. Safe Sleep

Dreaming Angels recommends all clients follow safe sleep advice as outlined by the NHS and The Lullaby Trust (https://www.lullabytrust.org.uk). We do not recommend or support parents who go against their advice and any client choosing to do that does so at their own risk.

9. Confidentiality & Safeguarding

All discussions which take place between the client and Dreaming Angels are confidential and will not be shared. Dreaming Angels will not share any information with a third party without the clients permission. However, if Dreaming Angels believes there is an issue of child welfare, or that a client is a danger to themselves or others this information may need to be passed on to an appropriate source regardless of permission. This will always be discussed with the client first.

Sleep plans and methods are for the client only and should not be passed on to anyone else.
